Born 1986. Graduated from Film Editing at National Film School in Łódź as well as Film, Video & Interactive Arts at Middlesex University in London.

 

He has worked on many award-winning films – feature, documentary and short – most notably „Hardkor Disko” (awarded at Camerimage, Gdynia and Prague among others), „Call me Tony” (awarded at IDFA & Doc Against Gravity) or „What I Want” (awarded at Camerimage, Gdynia, Los Angeles). His upcoming feature project is „Najmro. The Getaway King”.

 

He has also edited the acclaimed „Blinded by the Lights” HBO series (awarded at Eagles, Polish Film Awards for the Best TV Series of the year).

 

Sebastian’s commercial portfolio includes works for Samsung, Microsoft, Huawei, McDonalds, Pepsi, Tymbark, Lech, Jaegermeister, Skoda, Orange, T Mobile or Cropp – the latter bringing his work a Silver Sword at KTR Awards for editing „Cropp – Life On The Edge”. He received his second KTR Silver Sword for editing “Ta Ta Ta Tajger – Power is back” – a commercial/music video that also marked his debut as a director.

 

He also edits music videos. „Katarakta” (Daniel Bloom feat. Mela Koteluk) was nominated for Best Music Video at Fryderyki Music Awards, and „Chleb” (Mister D.) earned a nomination at UK Music Video Awards.

 

Sebastian is a father, a homebrewer, a tennis enthusiast and an astrophysics geek.
